The Polar Express

Introduction

All Trains Depart And Return To Stettler, Alberta

The magical story comes to life as the train departs Stettler, Alberta for a one hour long round-trip journey to the North Pole. Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of the story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™. Once onboard, passengers are served hot chocolate and a cookie treat, will be presented with a souvenir golden Polar Express ticket. Santa will board the train at the North Pole, and on the return trip will walk through each car giving out the “first gift of Christmas” – a silver sleigh bell – to each child 12 years and under. Please note: There are bathrooms at the station for use prior and post trip The train ride is one hour long, so please plan accordingly. Reservations can be arranged by phone using MasterCard or VISA. Although we can sometimes accommodate passengers without reservations, we do sell out and a reservation guarantees seating.

PUBLIC TIME TABLES & RESERVATIONS

Alberta Prairie reserves the right to substitute excursions to destinations other than those shown in this schedule and to use alternative motive of power in case of mechanical failure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and there are no refunds with less than 48 hours’ notice. With more than seven (7) days’ notice cancellations are refunded the amount paid less a $25 per ticket administration fee. With less than seven (7) days’ notice refunds are in the form of a gift certificate less the $25 per ticket fee. In the event an excursion is canceled or rescheduled by Alberta Prairie we will attempt to contact you, and inform you of refund, credit, or exchange procedures.

RECOMMENDED TRAVEL TIMES

Alberta Prairie recommends that you allow yourself enough time for a leisurely drive to Stettler – one hour from Red Deer, two and one-half hours from Edmonton, or three hours from Calgary.
